Refund policy
If you decide that your purchase is no longer needed, Veloraqua offers a 30-day return period beginning the day after your order is delivered. To start a return request, please contact us at support@veloraqua.com for assistance and return instructions.

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our logistics department, Veloraqua will process the approved refund within seven business days.
Steps for Returning Your Item:
- Check Return Eligibility: Ensure your return request is submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

- Prepare the Package: Carefully repack the product in its original packaging together with all included accessories and documentation. The item must remain unused and undamaged.
- Include Return Authorization: Place the return authorization information and a brief note explaining the return reason inside the package.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us at support@veloraqua.com within 48 hours after delivery. Eligible faulty products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or full refund without additional shipping charges.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled or modified free of charge before shipment confirmation is issued. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
Lost Shipments: If your package has not arrived within two days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier, and if the package is officially declared lost, you may choose between a refund or a replacement shipment.
