Please note that free shipping applies only to standard delivery services, and estimated delivery timeframes remain applicable.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Sunday) for purchases placed before 12 PM EST.

Delivery Estimates:
Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Deliveries are completed Monday through Saturday to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please note that we do not deliver to collection or pickup points.

Although we make every effort to meet delivery schedules, Veloraqua cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier-related interruptions.

Shipping Carrier:

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates generally become active within 24 hours.

Order Changes:
Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Missing Orders:
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. In cases involving tracking errors or missing shipments, our support team will assist with additional investigation and resolution.

Damaged Products:
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and send them to support@veloraqua.com for review. Please retain the damaged items until our support team provides additional instructions.
